FAQs

For Preschool to FS2, we follow the Early Years Foundation Studies (EYFS) which sets standards for the learning, development and care of your child from birth to 5 years old. Click here to access the UK government’s latest framework For all other years, we follow the UK National Curriculum of England and Wales, supplemented by a range of supporting materials in an international learning format approved by Cambridge (CAIE), Pearson and Oxford AQA.
We are currently undergoing the process of obtaining official accreditations from Cambridge (CAIE), Pearson and Oxford under the assistance of the British Council, as approved by the Egyptian Ministry of Education.
These processes will be finalised prior to the start of the academic year.

         


Preschool – Maximum of 20 pupils with ONE main teacher and TWO co-teachers.
FS1-Year 12 – Maximum of 17 pupils with ONE main teacher and ONE co-teacher.
At our school, we hold our teachers to the highest standards. They must be qualified, experienced, and passionate educators who are dedicated to the success of our students.
Our main teachers are native English speakers and all teaching staff possess the ability to support our pupils both academically and holistically. This means that they are committed to nurturing the social, moral, and emotional development of each individual and group.
We understand that our teachers are the backbone of our institution, and we prioritise their well-being. By creating a collaborative community that fosters continuous education, we can ensure that our students receive the best possible education.
Ultimately, this approach benefits everyone involved, from our teachers to our pupils and their families.
Preschool : will be a one on one play session to observe your child’s interaction and fine motor skills.
FS1 (KG1) : will be a one on one session conducted in English looking for basic understanding of colours, shapes, numbers, letter sounds, animals etc. An element of simple instructions, play and activities will feature to observe your child’s functional skills.
FS2 (KG2): Is an expansion on the FS1 assessment with the addition of reading basic 3 letter words and writing their name.
Years 1-3 : Will have a one on one assessment of both a English and Maths paper.
Years 4-6: Will sit assessment in a formal observed setting with papers for both Maths & English for which there is a 1 hour limit per paper. Minimal assistance will be given.

Payment Schedule 2023/2024

Registration Fee | Within 2 weeks
1st | 1st May 2023 – 40%
2nd | 1st August 30%
3rd | 1st December 30%

Please note that for subsequent academic years, school fees are subject to an annual increase as instructed by the EMOE.
